Handles are designed to support the weight of your bag contents rather than the weight pulling on the fabric. Seat portion sits flat in bottom of bag. The inside pocket is large enough to hold your rug hooking frame and keep it from rubbing against seat when in use. Soft sided bag can be folded and put away when not in use.
