We're assuming you already own a sit-on (seat and
frame) and are interested in completing the set.

on the stand, the frame STILL tilts to any position.(As
it does with the seat.)

comes with removable ball and stalk.

seconds is all it takes to remove the frame from the stand
and put it on the sit-on base.
